Description
Metallic Powder can be used alone for a subtle sheer colour. When mixed with the Mixing Liquid, it can create the intense colour of real metals.
Application: Apply as a loose powder using a makeup brush. Use Mixing liquid to form a water “resistant†metallic finish that dries completely. Apply with a brush or sponge. Remove with soap and water.
