Send Circus Stuff your order by one of the following methods
Order Via Shopping Cart: This is our preferred ordering method and the fastest way for you to receive your purchases. Choose your products by adding them to the shopping cart, click on checkout, fill in the details if this is your first time, or just login if you have bought from us before, select your preferred method of payment and 'presto', your order will arrive on your doorstep shortly afterwards.
Your credit card payment will not be processed until we confirm the postage selection, the availability of all the products, requested colours, etc. If a item that you order is not available in your selected colour you will be contacted and given other colour choices. Alternatively you may choose to wait on its arrival in store, or to not proceed with the purchase.

Circus Stuff uses Australia post pre paid satchels to send orders. The cost to send it will depend on the size & weight of the item/s and what size satchel it will fit into. Payment is done manually at the shop once this is worked out. For your information satchel prices are listed below.
Small satchel $10.50
Medium satchel $15.50
Large satchel $19.50
Small satchel $14.50
Medium satchel $18.50
Large satchel $26.50
For larger items, which will not fit into the prepaid satchels, or which need to be sent via a courier, we will notify you of the costs and wait for order confirmation before processing your payment.
Couriered GoodsAny other products which are over 1 metre in lenght will need to be couriered to you.

Terms of Sale
Goods are dispatched at the risk of the buyer who must check all goods on arrival. In the unlikely event of a problem you must make your observations/claims known to the carrier within two weeks.
Circus Stuff sells only quality products made by reputable and known manufactuers. However, we acknowlegde that from time to time problems will occur. If you find a fault with any products you receive, or there is a problem with quantity or invoicing please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product. The sooner you let us know there is a problem the sooner it can be sorted. Please do not return goods to Circus Stuff without our prior consent.
Circus Stuff will not accept liability for products that have been used incorrectly, or for problems caused by wear and tear.

International Clients: Your freight will be calculated and a quote emailed to you once your order is received. Your payment will not be processed (even if you order through the shopping cart and choose credit card payment) until you have confirmed that you accept the total cost including freight charges.
